Holloway Buick GMC is a family owned dealership based in Portsmouth, NH.
The Need
Holloway Buick GMC came to West End Creative and AlphaGraphics (Infinite Imaging) with a hand drawn coupon booklet they needed designed and printed. The booklet was an innovative piece that their sales team planned to give to each new customer. Holloway had worked with AlphaGraphics (Infinite Imaging) in the past, but not as a design customer. The project provided a perfect opportunity to design a colorful professional piece that would print seamlessly and function as the client envisioned.
Solution
Using the content and glove box-sized mock up provided by the client, West End Creative designer Abby Stuart first laid out the copy on double sided folded pages and then added images and other design elements to make the information pop. Abby combined her new design features with branding cues gathered from Hollway’s website while maintaining GMC’s signature black, red and white colors.
Through a series of proof sessions, Holloway worked with Gary Towle, AlphaGraphics’ (Infinite Imaging’s) Client Representative, to make paper selections, decisions about the finish, and identify which coupon pages would be perforated and would therefore need to be single-sided. Abby adjusted the design to accommodate the tear-out feature that would be added in during the printing process.
The Results
The full color, saddle stitched folded booklet in a silk finish is both functional and professional.
